The James F. and Marion L. Miller Foundation is pleased to announce the hiring of our new Finance Manager.
Andrea Hodgins is responsible for maintaining the Foundation’s overall accounting and finance functions including HR and payroll.
More about Andrea:
Andrea Hodgins brings a strong background in accounting and operations to the foundation, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Portland State University. She has built a diverse career spanning both the nonprofit and private sectors, with prior non-profit accounting roles at Park Academy and the French International School of Oregon. Her experience also includes management accounting and financial analysis in the private sector.
Most recently, Andrea served as Vice President of Operations for a mid-sized Portland law firm, where she oversaw accounting and finance functions while also managing human resources, payroll, IT coordination, and a wide range of operational responsibilities. Her leadership in this role reflects a comprehensive understanding of organizational management and strategic financial oversight. Andrea is excited to return to the nonprofit sector, where she can combine her financial expertise with a passion for philanthropy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, baking, and occasionally exploring her creativity through painting.
